In the process of corporate recruiters selection,the use of psychological tests enable enterprises optimize the configuration of personality and positions,and help enterprises effectively acquire more information of individuals,which is of great significance for enterprises to recruit qualified staffs.However,in the personality tests,the job seeker can easily identify the connection between the content to be investigated and the characteristics of the personnel required for the position.In order to obtain the job,the job seeker does not answer according to his or her own situation.the data generated by this phenomenon will deviate the company’s original business-related personality evaluation of job seekers,which may affect the company’s employment decision-making,resulting in position-unmatched percentage,and work incompetence.In this study,compare the relationship between the individual’s falsification in the personality tests and the skin’s electrical response by applying applicantshiring situation.The individual’s test scores and skin electrical responses in honesty and falsification were examined,in order to effectively identify faking.In this study,three experiments were designed with induced falsification as the experimental paradigm.The Big Five Personality Scale,the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Chinese Standard(EPQ-RSC)and the Achievement Motivation Scale(AMS)were selected as experimental materials,collect the skin electrical data of the subjects by using the psychological tester during the test,induce faking by adopting the experimental paradigm of experimental,in order not to affect the collection of skin electrical data,we changed the paper and pencil test into oral response in the condition of examiner seeing the testing question.Research indicates:1.Regardless of the Big Five Personality Questionnaire,the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire or the Achievement Motivation Scale,the scores of the participants on the questionnaire changed significantly in the case of the application for falsehood.The participants were more inclined to perform better.2.Different questionnaires produced different skin electrical responses,and the electrical responses of skin were different in an honest and dishonest situation.3.The skin electrical response in the faking situation is stronger than that in the honest situation.
