Yao nationality is a nation with profound cultural deposits.In the long-term living practice,the Yao people created and formed the national traditional culture with its own characteristics.Dujie of the Yao nationality is a manifestation of the national traditional culture with its own characteristics.As the coming-of-age ceremony of youngsters,this traditional custom is still being passed down today.Dujie of Yao nationality has rich ethical connotation and contributes to the moral norms of today's society as well as the wisdom summarized by generations of Yao people.The commandments in the ceremony contain the profound accumulation of the life experience of the Yao nationality.Through the code of ethics advocated in the commandments and the code of conduct prohibited,the daily work,life,study and other aspects of the Yao people are regulated.As the coming-of-age ceremony of youngsters,it contains the principles of the Yao people and national cultural characteristics.The Yao nationality's commandments cover various and multi-dimensional contents of people and themselves,people and family,people and country,and people's treatment of interests.The commandments of Dujie contain rich Taoist culture and the cultural characteristics of Yao nationality,from which we can see the cultural bright spots and religious limitations.For the cultural significance of the ceremony,we should take its essence and discard its dregs,so as to provide the wisdom and vision of the Yao people for the development of the contemporary society.Meanwhile,it is of great value to carry forward the fine traditional culture in minority areas,moral construction in minority areas and socialist core values in minority areas.
