A Study On Event Related Potentialof The Typical Five-pattern Personality When They Are Induced By The Emotion Of Joy

Background: "The five-pattern personality inventory" is based on five states a systematic classification of personality in the Chinese ancient huangdi neijing,personality test established in accordance with China’s national conditions,has the high reliability and validity of is the first standardized personality assessment tools in our country.Different personalities show different personality traits and behaviors,and a large number of scholars have conducted clinical application research.However,there are few basic experimental studies on the Neural Physiological mechanism of the five-state personality.Purpose: The difference of latency,amplitude and traceability of theEvent-related Potentials in the typical "five state people" under the influence of joy emotion and explores the neurophysiological basis of the differences in the personality characteristics of the five states.Content and methods: The study from the perspective of joy modern activation,in a typical five states and the control group as the research object,the typical persona-lity test using five states eligible subjects were screened out,the way to see a film or video clips to activate the subjects pleased mood,using event related potentials Technology acquisition is fond of modern enabled the behavioral data of different personality groups of participants and EEG data,by the personality,the brain regions as the independent variable,with electrical components of amplitude and latency as the dependent variable,are analyzed respectively by variance analysis of two factors mixed experimental design of 6 personality groups including typical Tai Yang,typical Shao Yang,typical Yin and Yang peace,typical Shao Yin,typical Tai Yin,and atypical five-pattern personality * brain regions cerebral location including left frontal,right frontal,frontal,parietal area.Result:1.Behavior data analysis shows that the experiment of typical Tai Yang,Shao Yang,Yin and Yang peace,Shao Yin,Tai Yin,atypical five-pattern personality six groups of participants in a happy mood under the induction of reaction,the positive and negative sexual response rate had no significant difference.2.Incubation period of the ERP data analysis showed that composition of P170 in different personality,no significant main effects on brain areas,P170 amplitude brain regions main effect significantly,incubation period of N2 components have personality group,the brain area master effect significantly,N2 amplitude brain areas the main effect is remarkable.The latency and amplitude of P170 and N2 had no interaction between personality and brain region.
