After the "September 18th" Incident, there were anti-Japanese struggles in all parts of the Northeast.Among them,Dongman and Nanman are the most important components.Dongman is Yanbian area, including Yanji,Helong,Wangqing,Hunchun,Antu and other counties, while Nanman includes Jilin,Tonghua,Lanshi,Huadian,Huanren,Ji’an,Fushun and other eastern borders. In this paper,we mainly conduct in-depth comparative research on the background of the two regions of East Manchu and Nanman, the anti-war strategy, the process of the war of resistance and its ending.First of all, there are six aspects in common in two places.First, after the "September 18th" Incident, the two places were based on Japan’s growing aggression against China, the Chiang Kai-shek KMT’s non-resistance policy, and the national anti-Japanese national salvation movement.Second, there have been many anti-Japanese wars in Dongman and Nanman.Among them, there are many volunteers in the Nanman area, such as Tang Juwu and Wang Fengge, and Wang Delin’ s volunteer army in the Dongman area.Third, the anti-Japanese struggle led by the Communist Party of China in the Dongman and Nanman areas has experienced three stages:the guerrillas, the People’s Revolutionary Army, and the Anti-Japanese Coalition.Fourth, the anti-Japanese national united front policy implemented by the Communist Party of China in the Dongman and Nanman areas is the same.Initially it was mainly the united front of workers, peasants, and lower-level soldiers.Later, the petty bourgeoisie and the proletariat were listed as objects of unity.Fifth, the base areas in Dongman and Nanman are similar in terms of political power construction and mass armed forces.Sixth, the final fate of the anti-Japanese coalition forces in the Dongman and Nanman areas was similar, and they all moved to the Soviet Union.Secondly, there are five differences in the anti-Japanese struggle in the Dongman and Nanman areas.First, because the southeastern region is mainly a gathering place for Koreans, the ethnicity of the Korean nation is stronger than that of the South Manchurian region.Second, because the Dongman area is located in the Sino-Soviet border area, the Manchuria Provincial Committee has placed more emphasis on the task of“defending the Soviet Union”than the Nanman area.Third,in the N anman area, there has been a joint anti-Japanese war between the Korean nationalist anti-Japanese armed forces "Korean Revolutionary Army"and the Chinese army, and there is no Korean nationalist anti-Japanese armed forces in the Dongman area.Fourth, the Nanman area has strategically adopted two western expeditions, while in the Dongman area, there is no westward expedition due to its distance from Liaoxi.Fifth, the anti-people’s livelihood incident occurred in the Dongman area. This is because the Dongman Party was caused by Wang Mingji’ s "Left" erroneous thoughts, sectarianism, materialism and personal arbitrariness, subjectivism and metaphysics.Generally speaking, the common points of the anti-Japanese struggle in the Dongman and Nanman areas are mainly reflected in the domestic background, the resistance of the volunteers, the evolution of the anti-Japanese forces, the evolution of the national united front, the construction of the base areas, and the final outcome. In the two regions, the Western Expedition, the strategy of defending the Soviet Union, the joint resistance with the Korean nationalists, and the counter-revolutionary movement of the Manchuria Provincial Committee. The reason for this difference is the special geographical location of theDongman and Nanman districts, different ethnic structures, different anti-Japanese groups, and the influence of the Communist International.
