This article focuses on the speculation of the future media development of "dystopian"film.Dystopia is a multi-dimensional concept,in which literature,drama and film and television can all be examined from their own perspectives,so as to deepen and comprehensively understand the concept of dystopia.Communication studies have not theoretically examined the impacts and warnings of dystopian film on the future society for quite a long time.With the advent of digital society,it becomes more and more important to clarify this field.In the digital age where digital information technology penetrates into every corner of society like water,more and more dystopian films use media information technology as an entry point to portray the future social media technology is highly infiltrated into human society.The content of the dystopian film involves many aspects of media technology and people's daily life,predicting the absurd appearance and mode of over-entertainment,technicalization,intelligentialize,and automation in the future with the development of science and technology.With the emergence of dystopian films such as "Blade Runner","The Matrix","Artificial Intelligence" and the rumor of the dystopian TV series "Black Mirror",people are increasingly focusing on the virtual reality created by media technology and the relationship between media technology and people in this new reality.We can think about the survival dilemmas that human society may face today and sound the alarm for the future development of society.This article takes communication,cultural studies and film criticism as the basic theoretical perspective.Through the intensive reading of dystopian films text in the digital age,this paper analyzes the image of the future media picture in the film,and explores the impacts of the future development of media technology on people's daily life and society.And how people should deal with the relationship between media technology.
