| As a new economic mode,the sharing economy is maintaining a rapid development trend.It plays an important role in the application of technological innovation cultivating new kinetic energy for economic development with a massive promotion for employment.Therefore,the sharing economy has also received a strong support and encouragement from the government and society,and has become a shining point in the Chinese society at the new era.However,in recent years,as a core representative of the sharing economy,the "online sharing car" and "shared bicycle" have frequently reported with moral disorders,and some moral events have even broken through the bottom line,seriously violating laws and regulations,people began to pay attention to and become suspecious about the sharing economy.Especially towards its rationality and value.Taking the two core industries of the shared economy,"online sharing car" and"shared bicycle" as the research object,excavating the incidents about the phenomenon of moral deficiency,and analyzing the possibility of producing moral bad behavior under the shared economic model,which comes from its moral hazard.Through the identification of case events,three moral hazards are derived,respectively are the moral hazard of the enterprise platform,the moral hazard of the users and the moral hazard of the resource service providers.Further more,taking economic ethics as the theoretical basis,combining the macro-legal regulatory environment,the characteristics of the meso-sharing economy,and the physical ethics of the micro-economists,and analyzing the causes of the moral hazard in the shared economy,there is a lag in the legal supervision.The essential characteristics of the sharing economy,the lack of responsibility for the enterprise platform,and the weakening of moral education.Since moral hazard has a large negative impact on the sharing economy,economic entities and ecological environment,it is necessary to take corresponding prevention and control measures to reduce or avoid moral hazard.Through the research,four aspects of prevention and control measures are obtained:first,improve departmental legislation and innovate supervision mechanism;second,strengthen internal control and improve service quality;third,strengthen pre-warning network platform and improve operational mechanism;fourth,attach importance to moral education and develop evaluation methods.Although moral hazard may not be eradicated,certain ways of preventive control towards moral hazard can make the sharing economy develop better,social operations are more orderly,and people’s lives are happier and more harmonious. |
