Research On The Ethical Problems And Countermeasures In The Engineering Design Art

It is necessary to carry out the engineering design after the project is identified.Enginee-ring design is the holistic consideration and action option of project activity objectives and the construction programs.What is more,it is a key procedure to ensure the quality of the entire project.It can be seen that the engineering design plays an important role in the enginee ring activities.Whether engineering design implys dimensions such as safety,health and well-being,it directly affects the ethical meaning of the whole project.Therefore,from the perspect ive of engineering design to discuss the issue of engineering ethics has become the focus of th e entire ethic of engineering activities.In this paper,the methods of literature research,qualita tive research and case study are used to analyze the problems and reasons of engineering ethic s from the perspective of engineering design.The study suggests that engineering design has important ethical implications,not onlyas the rationality and feasibility of engineering and technical activities itself,but also as ethical and social ethics for public and social interests.The ethical aspects of engineering designare mainly composed of it’s concept,specification and behavior.From the design concept,the ethi cal norms of engineering design are vague and difficult to provide concrete guidance.On the other hand,it is easy to be designed by engineering design.In terms of design conce-pt,there are some problems such as authoritarianism,utilitarianism and weak a sense of responsibility.Breakthrough or offside;from the design behavior point of view,engineering design ethics th ere is "not careful","strict control",which receive red envelopes and other issues.The reasons for the ethical problems in engineering design are multifaceted.For internal reasons,the engi neering activities themselves contain multiple conflicts of interests and moral conflicts.They are characterized by basic conflicts of interest,conflicts of basic ethical values and conflicts of multiple roles.For external reasons,it is related to the factors such as political power interv ention,economic greediness,humanistic culture,social moral landslide,lack of engineering et hics education,lack of profession competition system and social supervision system.The coll apse of the Quebec bridge and the failure of the domestic Sanmenxia proj-ect are a typical cas of the lack of engineering ethicsIn view of the current ethical problems in China’s engineering design,we must first establish the correct ethical concept of engineering design from the aspects of strengthening the engineering ethics education and so on.Secondly,we should enhance the validity and reality of the ethical norms.We must strengthen the laws and regulations,strengthen the socia 1 supervision and so on to form a joint force,establish and improve the engineering design be havior of the ethical regulation system.
