Uyghur-Turkish Noun Phrases Machine Translation Key Technologies Research

Machine translation and natural language processing are the most active areas of research in the field of information technology.Syntactic ana lysis is an important task in this field.In fact,the syntax analysis is directly dependent on the phrase analysis results.Noun phrases are an important phrase type in Uyghur phrases.Noun phrases play an important role in other related research and applications such as machine translation,information retrieval and speech recognition.The correct identification and utilization of the Uyghur noun phrase The technique of translating the Turkish language is not only the auxiliary function of the translation of C hinese and Turkish machines,but also the translation of the machine between the Altaic language,which is similar to the grammatical structure and grammatical rules The development and maturity play an important role.This research mainly analyzes the noun phrase recognition method and Machine Translation method and theory used both at home and abroad explore the main process and method of Uyghur noun phrase recognition method and Turkish translation.First of Uyghur noun phrase structure of the framework and framework of internal rules analysis,using computational linguistics point of view to analyze the basic structure and the formation of internal structure of Uyghur noun phrase,establishment of rules and design machine automatic identification module.After several experiments and updating,the recognition rate of Uighur positive noun phrase is 74.43%,and the recognition rate is improved with the addition of database and rule supplement.In the process of translation to Turkish,Mainly to discuss the composition of the correct nouns,phrases and affixes of the individual translation and according to the Turkish grammar rules to link the translation method and steps.Through the use of Uighur-Turkish vocabulary database and affix database,Turkish stem and affix chain rule base to translate Turkish.The correct translation rate of 65.33%,in the future expansion of the database and the improvement of the rules will effectively improve the accuracy rate.This study not only provides the basic work for the future information processing of Uygur language,but also makes a significant reference for the study of machine translation between Uighur and other languages.
