With the continuous change of the market economy,the commercial economy is bound to experience the business model forward.All the time,people rely on physical senses on the formation of external physical environment perception in human visual sensory system always occupies a dominant position,is often used to make the design more suitable for the physical environment to human senses from the visual angle.However,under the influence of modernism,the homogenization of visual design is to make certain visual fatigue,can not be the development of new sensory concepts.Interesting is that we found in our daily life,people use "sweet","clear" and other words to describe the taste of the physical environment.This custom is an extension of the sense of taste,it not only exist in healthy people,for the people is a full of enthusiasm.The pursuit of innovation space occasionally need to emerge,break the normal procedure design way of thinking from the psychological feeling of taste create rich "flavor" of physical space environment,not is an interesting direction of thinking.Therefore,this topic to break the previous normal design thinking,from the common sense of taste and availability of the taste characteristics of "sour,sweet,bitter,spicy,salty taste and" Five "as,listen,touch,smell,sense of law between the five feel heart" as the main line,to explore the psychological taste the mystery of experience design significance to commercial space taste theme.Firstly,I will research the related concepts and contents are briefly summarized,combined with synaesthesia,color psychology,five sense experience design,metaphor principle of dredging the relation;secondly,I speak through questionnaires to explore synaesthesia between five kinds of characteristics and taste five kinds of human perception The transformation rules,performance and art display lists and pictures to resolve the matter shape taste characteristics in synaesthesia transformed;characteristics of specific performance and perceptual thinking method and commercial space through a series of case characteristics compared to the commercial space taste taste characteristics,and in the "Xingyi field" system to investigate the characteristics of the theme and experience space design taste the evaluation criteria,summed up the value orientation of the taste characteristics corresponding to different types of commercial space.Finally,the application of the theory in the design of practical cases,to taste spicy theme characteristics of dining space design,to create the "hot or spicy meal(LAMELA)" theme Hall.This topic is the biggest new space is to give the new concept from a new point of view,let people experience life for hundreds of "taste" in the context of taste space concept.The overall research ideas of human perception experience,materialized in art taste semantic space and sensory experience,so that taste characteristics in turn from the space of the material and spiritual world to infect people,fill in space on the taste characteristics,a very innovative "flavor" space show.
