In recent years,the country has vigorously inherited Chinese culture and emphasized cultural self-confidence.General Secretary Xi Jinping once pointed out that "Chinese outstanding traditional culture is the outstanding advantage of the Chinese nation.The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation needs to be based on the development and prosperity of Chinese culture.It must be combined with new conditions of the times.Inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture,stressing that "we must promote the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese civilization and activate its vitality." It is required to incorporate traditional handicrafts into the national education system and establish a traditional arts and crafts national education system covering basic education,secondary education,vocational education,continuing education,higher education and social study,and promote the inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Guangxi is a gathering place for ethnic minorities.It contains rich traditional cultural resources and carries rich cultural information.Due to the constraints of local economic development,it fails to play its due cultural,economic and social values.It is the most important concern of the state.Object.At present,many traditional handicrafts are on the verge of being lost,and the school is the best inheritance of traditional culture.Starting from the teaching status of the "manual" course of thesocio-cultural art of secondary vocational schools,the students of the professional early childhood education are the main subjects of this study.The subject,the secondary vocational social culture and art major is a comprehensive art special education major,aiming at cultivating talents in music,dance,art,handicraft,etc.,and as a medium-school social culture and art major,the students of the early childhood education will face It is a group of young children.They are the hope of the future of our motherland.The cultivation of traditional culture from an early age is the best way to inherit.The professional culture of social culture and art in secondary vocational schools is equipped with professional knowledge of social culture and art.Teachers,administrators,and other high-quality laborers and skilled personnel of young institutions engaged in education and research work,that is,they are the best choice for inheriting traditional crafts.At present,the teaching of "handcraft" in the social culture and art major of secondary vocational schools has the lack of traditional handicrafts,and the penetration of traditional culture is very small;the number of manual hours is small,the manual skills are difficult to improve;the lack of innovation ability is cultivated,and the level of students' inquiry is not high.Therefore,the integration of paper-cutting into the "manual" course of the social culture and art major of the secondary vocational school can alleviate the existing problems.The cultural connotation,language symbols and educational values contained in the paper-cutting are beneficial to inheriting traditional handicrafts,improving students' manual skills and cultivating students.The ability to innovate has enriched the content of the "manual" course of the social culture and art major of secondary vocational school to a certain extent,and increased the content of traditional handicraft teaching,which is conducive to the inheritance of traditional culture.Through the investigation method,action research method and literature method,the author explores the method of paper-cutting into the "manual" course of social culture and art major in secondary vocational school.The author introduces traditional paper-cut elements,increases cultural connotation,selects the subject teaching content,stimulates students' interest and develops.Paper-cut seminars,optimize teaching design to enrich the content of manual teaching,inherit Chinese traditional culture;carry out group learning,cooperate in creation,use classroom app,internalize theoretical knowledge,use network platform to teach micro-teaching,conduct case teaching,guide Self-exploration to optimize teaching methods and improve manual skills;organize paper-cut exhibitions,show individual style,carry out corner activities,cultivate creativity,organize experience activities,enjoy craftsmanship,skillfully use apprenticeship,and combine traditional and modern teaching with innovative teaching Organizational form,improve the level of self-inquiry;establish classroom knowledge test,test pre-class mastery,conduct practice module assessment,formulate various evaluation criteria,hold works display appraisal,highlight multi-evaluation methods,pay attention to formation process evaluation,comprehensive objective evaluation module,etc.The evaluation method is to construct a reasonable evaluation system and implement flexible quantitative evaluation.According to the method,the practice exploration of enriching teaching content,the practice exploration of optimizing teaching methods,the practical exploration of
