Since the middle and late Qing Dynasty, some Mongolian banner in southeastern Inner Mongolia have undergone major changes.Due to the"immigration border"policy adopted by the Qing government,a large number of immigrants from the Mainland poured into the Zhaowuda,Zhuosuotu, three banner of Karaqin, tow banner of Tumut,Aohan,as well as Wengniute,Pingchuan,Chaoyang,Jianchang,Aru Horqin and other places to cultivated land.At the same time, some Mongolian lord(??)privately opened up the wasted land,so that the Mongolian area, which was originally dominated by animal husbandry, gradually became a semi-pastoral and semi-agricultural area, even became an agricultural area.In the process, the social relations between the Han immigrants from the Mainland and the Mongolian nobles and indigenous Mongolians have also undergone tremendous changes. The conflict became increasingly fierce, and it eventually detonated the Jindandao incident that took place during the 17th year of Guangxv(1891)(??).The Jindandao incident that took place in the Aohan Banner(?)in 1891 have been regarded by people as anti-imperialist and anti-feudal revolutionary movement. In recent years, after collecting historical documents for more in-depth discussion, researchers have gradually been considered to be the incident caused by revenge between the Mongolian nobel landlords and Han immigrant tenants. From the actual point of view, fully absorb the previous on the basis of research, according to historical materials, this paper tries to discuss the cause, process, function and nature of the Jindandao incident. This article consists of three parts. The first part simply describes the historical background and the cause of Jindandao incident. In the second part,by describing the process of Jindandao uprising and its impact,it is demonstrated that the Jindandao incident had a great influence at that time and brought great changes and repercussions to the relationship between the Mongolians and the Han people. The third part argues that the Jindandao incident are not a struggle against imperialism, feudalism,or anti-foreign religions, but a conflict between Han immigrants and Mongolian nobles and indigenous Mongolians. The bloody incidents caused by the intensification of contradictions between Han immigrants and the Mongolian people. And further investigate the nature of this incident. In particular, the study focused on the issue of the nature of the Jindandao incident between the founding of the People's Republic of China and the Third Central Committee of the Eleventh Central Committee in 1978,because the Third Session of the Party in 1978 was related to the nature of the Jindandao incident. There have been major changes and turning points in the understanding of the nature of the riots.Historians have adopted the guiding ideology of the people's liberation and the "seeking truth from facts" on ethnic issues pointed out at the conference. The understanding of the riots has basically unified their thoughts, and the closer it is to the "historical truth." In generally, this paper is to study the historical background of Jindandao's incident and their impact, further scientific understanding of its nature,so that it closer to the historical truth.
