The Research Of Zong Baihua's Walking Aesthetics

During the history of modern Chinese aesthetics,Zong Baihua occupies an important position with his unique “walking” aesthetic form.“Walking” is not only the research method and style form of Zong Baihua's aesthetics,but also the embodiment of his aesthetic realm and life realm.This paper attempts to take “walking” as an entrance to make a systematic study of the external form,internal spirit,academic origin and cultural standpoint of Zong Baihua's aesthetics,and can also catch a glimpse of the development of Chinese aesthetics since the 20 th century.The introduction part examines the research status of Zong Baihua's aesthetics,and finds that the study of Zong Baihua's aesthetics has experienced a process from the edge.In the first chapter,the author analyzes the connotation and extension of the aesthetics of “walking”,and the core is freedom.The second chapter discusses the cause of the“walking”,which will be expounded from three aspects: the solid knowledge foundation from Chinese and western,the spiritual exploration of emotion and reason,and the aesthetic historical context.The third quarter of this chapter is expected to return back the historical and academic site to examine the situation of walking aesthetics during the latter half of the 20 th century,and will make an analysis of utilitarianism during the development of the modern Chinese aesthetics.At the same time,on the basis of comparing with other aesthetic forms on space,this quarter will help to make a further understanding of walking aesthetics' s sustaining individual stance outside of the square and the schola.The third chapter discusses the unique thinking and method of "walking" aesthetics,which will be started from the deep and broad vision to the smart speech,from the enlightened thinking to the aesthetic experience.The fourth chapter asks “where will the walking go”.Walking pursuits the beauty and truth in nature,and explores the soul in art,and reaches a deep and unrestrained free life realm at last.Rich life lies in the harmonious form,which is called beauty in Zong Baihua's thought,and which is also the secret of his walking's lasting charm.
