With the rapid development of the knowledge economy,the current market competition model has undergone an essential change.It has gradually transformed from the previous product competition to the current technology competition.The essence is the competition among talents.Therefore,human resources become The core resources of enterprise development.The concept of human resource management has been widely recognized in China.If enterprises want to achieve sustainable development and improve the enthusiasm of staff to achieve corporate goals,the role of human resource management becomes more and more important in this case.How to develop a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system based on the actual situation of the company's marketing team,in order to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of marketing staff,so that marketers can efficiently complete various tasks,improve the company's operating performance,and promote enterprises.Smooth development,this is the focus of this study.In view of the current situation of such enterprises,based on the basic situation of SSTC film and television production company,through continuous investigation and analysis of the current performance appraisal of the Division,combined with existing problems,based on relevant theories,some improvements have been made to the performance appraisal of SSTC film and television production personnel.It aims to promote the performance improvement of its employees,establish a more standardized and scientific company management mechanism,and escort the company's next strategic development.Based on the research ideas of proposing,analyzing and solving problems,this paper uses the literature research method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey method,combined with the development status of SSTC and the current situation of human resources,based on the modern human resource theory,in-depth study of SSTC existing Performance appraisal system.Through research,the main problems are as follows: the setting of assessment indicators is unreasonable;the lack of understanding of correct performance assessment;the lack of tracking and communication;the lack of application of performance results.In view of these outstanding problems,this paper has improved the performance evaluation system of SSTC film and television production personnel,improved its performance evaluation index system,and established important links such as performance supervision,performance feedback and result application to solve the original system.All kinds of problems make it more practical and simple,and at the same time,it is well connected with the original performance appraisal system,which is convenient for promotion and implementation.The research results of this paper are not only applicable to small and medium-sized film and television production enterprises in the stage of development and exploration,but also have reference value for the same type of companies in related industries,which provides a way of thinking for regulating the status quo of the industry.Transforming the loose personal will as the guiding mode to a regular and evidence-based assessment management mechanism,stripping the particularity of the industry,using the common features of corporate management,and refining the performance appraisal system to improve film and television production.Industry SMEs have a rapid flow of human resources and high maintenance costs.
