Xinzhou Merchants In The Late Qing Dynasty And Early Republic Of China

This paper focuses on xinzhou tian shi and sun shi,and studies the commercial activities and daily life of Xinzhou merchants in the late qing dynasty and the early republic of China.Commercial activities mainly include xinzhou businessmen business types,business areas,out of the road and the sun family,tian family in the commercial operation of the various systems adopted;Daily life is mainly analyzed from the daily life of tian shi and sun shi's basic necessities of life,social activities and reflected family and business ethics.The paper is divided into five chapters:First of all,Xinzhou merchants arose in the qianlong period of qing dynasty,which was the result of the comprehensive effects of special political and economic conditions,Xinzhou geographical location,economic conditions,road and traffic conditions.Secondly,Xinzhou merchants activities are mainly concentrated in Inner Mongolia and xinjiang,mainly in Inner Mongolia;It is believed that Xinzhou merchants are engaged in many businesses,ranging from long-distance trafficking and money pawning to needlework,firewood,rice,oil and salt.In addition,Xinzhou merchants engaged in the kind of industry before and after the changes,focus is also different.The north road is the main road,followed by the west road.In terms of business management,the following aspects are considered: first,under the eastern management system,the relationship between the financial manager and the shopkeeper is relatively harmonious in most cases,but there are still disharmonious situations,so we cannot make a general distinction;Second,the separation of ownership and management right of shops is not obvious.When necessary,the finance department will conduct inspection and supervision of the shops.Third,xinzhou merchants use incentive mechanism in operation to respect the life rights of shopkeepers,improve the quality of life of shopkeepers and shopkeepers,reduce internal conflicts,and enhance the overall competitiveness of stores.In terms of social life,it is believed that daily life and business operationconstitute the whole content of businessmen's life.The types of daily life and social activities are not only the embodiment of businessmen's taste and ethical values,but also the reflection of their family's comprehensive economic strength.The business ethics reflected in xinzhou merchants' daily social behavior not only enriches traditional business ethics,but also standardizes the behaviors of jin merchants in business activities,becoming a magic weapon for them to win in the fierce commercial competition and setting an example for current business people.
