| In recent years,the humanity historical documentary is in a stage of vigorous development and prospered again to respond to the needs and calls of the market,which combine the factualness of the event with the literary nature of the story with the latest aesthetics and concepts,and re-present of the lifeless historical humanities to us.These humanity histories with long stories have undergone vicissitudes of life,and through novel storytelling,they have shown a different style vividly,which make each audience more aware of the historical humanities recorded in the documentary as well as narrow the distance between the contemporary and the history.Such as The Imperial Place,Explore · Discover,A Bite of China,they all achieved very high ratings.In fact,the narrative storytelling of the documentary has,to a certain extent,broken some of the theories of traditional documentary,and gradually made people have a renewed understanding of the documentary.Narrative storytelling is only a way of expression,which makes the film more visually enjoyable and closer to our lives,and at the same time enhances its influence.The extensive use of storytelling has brought vitality and vigor to documentaries,and has provided fresh perspectives,which is of positive significance to the development of documentary theories in China.It is still necessary for us to carefully record and summarize the significance and experiences & lessons of the narrative storytelling brought to the development of the documentary in recent years,which is of great significance to the long-term development of the documentary.This paper is divided into three parts: The first chapter tells the evolution of the narrative technique "story" in the development of documentary and briefly explicates the gradual evolution and application of the narrative technique "story" in the development of documentary.The second chapter introduces the narrative elements of the "story" of documentary and mainly explains the various narrative elements that constitute the "story" of documentary.The third chapter shows the director’s grasp of the "story" of documentary and mainly tells us the specific matters that need to be paid attention to as director in the process of filming the documentary.This paper analyzes the filming techniques of the "story" of documentary and makes it convenient for us to better grasp the development trend,develop the strong points and avoid the weak points,seek profits and avoid harm,and also timely summarize the experience and lessons,and it thus has a significant impact on the future development of documentary. |
