The positive and optimistic spirit in Shi Tiesheng’s works has inspired many people,and his unique thoughts on fate are scattered in the changed texts.Shi Tiesheng explored a text style suitable for expressing philosophical thoughts with conscious text consciousness.His novels are full of explicit or implicit references to existing texts.Some novels are also mixed with movie text,scientific reports and physics principles,etc.These heterogeneous contents,like movie editing scenes,are collaged by Shi Tiesheng into the new novel text.In addition,his novels are related to each other in terms of character experience,character image and narrative mode.Shi Tiesheng even has different genres such as myth,fable and poetry in the same novel.All of the above are just Shi Tiesheng’s writing habits or a deliberate narrative technique? Is it possible that this phenomenon is due to the lack of writing resources? Or is it just Shi Tiesheng’s strategy to show the existing text? This is a phenomenon worth studying,but so far,the research in this area is slightly deficient.This phenomenon of mutual reference between texts or styles coincides with the inter-text or intertextuality in literary theory.Taking the intertextuality theory as a dimension,the study of the inter-text correlation between Shi Tiesheng’s novels is also a supplement to the exploration of the stylistic features of Shi Tiesheng’s novels and the in-depth exploration of Shi Tiesheng’s inner emotional world and ideological world.Shi Tiesheng did not mention the theory of intertextuality,but in order to complete the expression of the established theme,he used a certain narrative strategy,which resulted in intertextuality between texts.To what extent does this intertextuality enrich the meaning of the theme? How does Shi Tiesheng finish his thinking on death,disability and love in the intertextuality of a series of texts? Under this strategy,what form does Shi Tiesheng’s novels take? This is the problem to be solved in this paper.This paper is divided into three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction explains the reason and research value of the topic,introduces the writer’s background,research status and the development of intertextuality theory.The text is divided into three chapters.The first chapter analyzes the intertextuality of Shi Tiesheng’s novels and its causes.In the1980 s,international scholars generally advocated to divide intertextuality into external intertextuality and internal intertextuality.External intertextuality refers to the inter-related relationship between different texts,and internal intertextuality refers to the relationship between various elements within a given text.The external intertextuality of Shi Tiesheng’s novels is mainly manifested in the intertextuality with previous texts and the intertextuality between Shi Tiesheng’sown novels.Intertextuality with previous texts is mainly manifested in drawing narrative thematic resources such as suffering,redemption,original sin,fate and God from the Bible.Intertextuality between one’s own novels is manifested by abstracting content from one’s past novels in order to strengthen the exploration of ideological themes.In addition,Shi Tiesheng’s novels still have intertextuality,which is manifested in the overlapping of the characters’ identities and experiences under the same text background.There are two reasons why Shi Tiesheng’s novels show intertextuality,one is the influence of the writer’s experience,the other is the absorption and transformation of western thoughts and modern physics.The second chapter analyzes how intertextuality is used by Shi Tiesheng as a narrative strategy to construct the novel text,and reveals how Shi Tiesheng enriches the meaning of the theme through the intertextual relationship between the texts and completes his thinking on death,disability and love,as well as the form Shi Tiesheng’s novels take under this strategy.In order to better express the theme,the repetition of experience,characters and narrative patterns as well as the collage of content are two narrative strategies that exist in the novel.Repetition is Shi Tiesheng’s intentional narrative technique,and the use of this technique brings about the result of mutual correlation between the novel texts.Repetition itself is not equivalent to intertextuality,but when Shi Tiesheng uses this strategy of repetition,intertextuality occurs between his novels.Therefore,when discussing why intertextuality occurs between Shi Tiesheng’s novels,he has to mention this strategy of repetition.In order to make the theme more profound,Shi Tiesheng introduced other texts,in which the relevant discussions were edited and collaged into the novel as a way of meaning construction,and participated in the meaning construction of the new text,which showed the collage effect.With Shi Tiesheng’s deeper thinking on metaphysical themes,the original narrative form can no longer bear the inherent complexity of thoughts,and he has to seek a richer way of speaking.Combining several stories that seem completely unrelated in content into the same text,trying to merge different genres together and continue to write fairy stories.This kind of film-like editing and collage is not only a way to show the existing text,but also Shi Tiesheng’s attempt in narration and a new narrative strategy.This narrative way of story combination can show the theme of the novel from multiple angles and also gives the narrator great freedom.The theme of the novel has been repeatedly strengthened,and Shi Tiesheng has completed his personal speech on death,love and disability,as well as his exploration of creative forms.The third chapter analyzes the aggregation and dispersion form and narrative effect of the text network,that is,the narrative effect brought by repetition and collage.The repetition of experience,the superposition of characters,and the reappearance of plot patterns eventually lead to the patternand symbolization.Collage has anti-central logic,constantly expanding and extending the theme,and constantly generating new meanings.He superimposes and then differentiates the texts,disrupting the certainty,making the characters and themes fluid,thus completing the dialogue and reconstruction of
