Study On Wen Xuan Shuang Zi Lei Yao

Since the Song Dynasty,literati's adaptions of WenXuan(????)have emerged in endlessly,among which there are quite distinctive ones,such as WenXuanShuangZi LeiYao(????????).It is based on WenXuan.It takes words and sentences from Wen Xuan as items combined of double characters.It is essentially a kind of book adaptation of Wen Xuan.This paper mainly focuses on four parts:The first part examines the background,compilers and compilation style of WenXuanShuangZiLeiYao.In the background of compilation,combining the background of the early Northern Song Dynasty,the times of the imperial examination emphasizing poetry and the Fu literature,and the possibility of compiling WenXuanShuangZiLeiYao firstly.Then,combining the social atmosphere of the popular"Literary Selections"in the early Northern Song Dynasty(??)and the atmosphere of compiling books for the Imperial examination to analyze the feasibility of compiling this book.When it comes to the compilers of the book,people regard the compiler should be Su Yijian.But as a famous minister,Some people believed that Su Yijian(???)should not have the"absurd"behavior of compiling books,so they suspected thatperhaps some people who are goning to take part in the imperial examination wrote it.Actually,by sorting out Su Yijian's life experience and writings of Su Yijian,this paper analyses the possibility of compiling the book.As far as compilation style is concerned,the book inherits the experience of previous generations in compiling category books,incorporating all kinds of things,and creatively runs through the whole book with the entries of these double-character items.In terms of departmental category setting,the book constructs a two-level system of category,which includes many categories and adds some new categories.The second part is to sort out the edition of WenXuanShuangZiLeiYao.The existing editions of the book can be mainly sorted into three species.Firstly,the edition printed in eighth year of Song Chunxi(??)and fixed the third years of Shaoxi(??)Chiyang County.The second edition printed in the nineteenth year of Ming Jiajing(1540)by YaoYu and JiBen.The third edition is a codex of Ming Dynasty.Through the comprehensive comparison of the format characteristics,printing situation and specific content of each edition,they should be of the same origin.The third part investigates the relationship between WenXuanShuangZiLeiYao and the imperial examination in the early and mid-term of Northern Song Dynasty.Combining with the reformation of the imperial examination system since the Five Dynasties to the Northern Song Dynasty,figuring out the examination situation of the imperial examination in the early and mid-term of Northern Song Dynasty.Comparing the existing Poems and the Fu literature inscribed in the Northern Song Dynasty with the double-character items listed in WenXuanShuangZiLeiYao,we can see the beneficial effect of WenXuanShuangZiLeiYao in the imperial examination of the Northern Song Dynasty through the acceptance of the double-characters items.The fourth part discusses the value and influence of the book.Firstly,the acceptance of WenXuanShuangZiLeiYao in Song Dynasty can be seen from the acceptance of WenXuan in Song Dynasty.Secondly,the compilation of the book promoted the emergence of some new vocabulary.Moreover,as a category book,WenXuanShuangZiLeiYao enlightened the compilation of its later categories in style and content.Lastly,these two-character items listed in WenXuanShuangZiLeiYao can also supply language resources to the poem creation of Song Dynasty.
