According to this year’s study found that more and more teachers are affected by negative emotions such as depression and anxiety,which leads to the decline of happiness level of teachers.Teachers with lower happiness will bring more negative aspects to the students.Therefore,how to improve the happiness of teachers has aroused the all circles’ attention to the life’s quality of the middle school teachers.From the perspective of positive psychology,this study aims to explore the relationship between the locus of control among the middle school teachers,and comprehend the relationship between perceived social support and well-being,then to verify and comprehend the mediating effects of perceived social support between locus of control and well-being.The author conducted a questionnaire survey of 400 the middle school teachers in this study,then the author using the scale of others and opportunities with internal control power,the scale of perceived social support,and the scale of comprehensive well-being.The research indicates:1.The two dimensions of opportunity and powerful others are significantly negatively correlated with comprehension of social support,while the internal control dimensions are significantly positively correlated with comprehension of social support.2.The two dimensions of opportunity and powerful others have significant negative correlation with happiness,while the dimensions of internal control with happiness have significant positive correlation.3.The significant positive correlation between comprehension of social support and every dimensions’ happiness.4.The significant differences in the sources of psychological control in gender and teaching subjects,which male students are significantly higher than female students in the internal control dimension;The scores of the comprehensive teachers are the highest in the dimensions of opportunity,followed by the scores of the main teachers,and the scores of the main teachers are higher than the comprehensive literature teachers,then the other subjects teachers’ scores are the lowest;The comprehensive teachers scored the highest in the dimensions of power others,and followed by other subjects teachers,then the scores of other subjects were higher than the main subjects,and the literature teachers got the lowest score.5.The comprehension of social support have significant differences in teaching subjects and positions.6.The subjective well-being dimensions of happiness have significant differences in teaching subjects.7.The middle school teachers’ sources of psychological control have significant predictive effects on happiness.8.The middle school teachers comprehend social support as an intermediary between sources of psychological control and well-being.
