Research On Management Countermeasures Of Mass Ice And Snow Culture Activities In Heilongjiang Province

With the development of society and economic progress,the masses and the state pay more attention to spiritual culture and physical health issues.With the increasing demand for physical fitness and leisure and entertainment in China,through the holding of the Winter Olympics and other events,the professional and entertaining ice-and-snow theme activities were warmly welcomed by the masses,and the development of ice and snow cultural activities gradually culminated.Due to its unique natural environment and ice and snow resources,Heilongjiang Province has become an important area for the development of ice and snow in China.The continuous reform of relevant public policies has provided effective guidelines for the development of Heilongjiang mass ice and snow cultural activities from sports venues,event activities,youth snow and ice,etc.,promoting the popularization of youth snow and ice sports in Heilongjiang Province,and promoting the construction of ice and snow activities.The perfection of the ice and snow facilities and equipment production industry chain will make the ice and snow cultural activities further into people’s lives,which will help improve the spiritual civilization of the masses and the physical quality of the people.This research uses literature research methods and questionnaire survey methods to study the current research status of ice and snow cultural activities.It summarizes its origin,production mechanism,impact and future development trends,grasps the progress of this research field,provides a rich theoretical foundation for the smooth progress of research,and secondly,the mass ice and snow cultural activities promulgated in recent years with Heilongjiang Province.Relevant public policies were sorted out and the status of implementation in Heilongjiang Province was investigated.According to the analysis of the relevant literatures of the predecessors,the relevant dimensions and specific questions of the questionnaires consistent with the study were determined after the results were considered,and the scientific nature of the questionnaires was guaranteed before the issuance.Afterwards,the relevant policies and the participation of the masses in the ice and snow cultural activities were investigated to better understand the development of the ice and snow cultural activities among the masses.Based on the collected questionnaire data,the data is analyzed on a statistical basis to further deepen the understanding of the status quo.Based on the analysis of these public policies and their implementation results,combined with the results of the questionnaire,the current status of the development of mass ice and snow cultural activities in Heilongjiang Province is summarized.Finally,combining with the current situation of mass ice and snow culture activities in Heilongjiang Province,it puts forward the inadequacies in the management of mass ice and snow cultural activities in Heilongjiang Province and proposes corresponding solutions from the perspectives of public policy and influencing people to participate in cultural activities,and promotes the mass ice culture of Heilongjiang.Activities can flourish in the future.
