| Sports dance is a kind of sport that alternates between moderately active stage and short-term recovery stage.It is highly competitive and ornamental.Like many similar aesthetic movements,sports dancers also run the risk of energy imbalance.However,little is known about the exercise and eating behavior of well-trained dance groups.The purpose of this study is to conduct a five-day full-time training period for athletes of the Beijing Sports University Sports Dance Team.By recording energy intake and expenditure,determine the energy consumption and dietary intake of sports dance athletes,and find out the sports dance.The problems of athlete training and diet help coaches and athletes to develop more specific and reasonable training and diet programs to make the training more scientific,thus promoting the improvement of dance level.In this study,the Actigraph three-axis accelerometer wGT3X-BT human body energy monitor was used to measure the athlete’s energy for five consecutive days of exercise and energy consumption in daily life.The energy consumption(TEE),training energy consumption(EEE)and each for the athletes’ special classes.Daily energy consumption(DEE)was evaluated.At the same time,the athletes were subjected to a five-day dietary survey through a 24-hour review method to calculate the average daily energy intake.Data was entered and sorted using Excel software,and statistical and differential analysis of data was performed using SPSS software.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Sports dance is a medium-to-high-intensity sport.During the competitive process,athletes’ physical fitness is extremely high.Athletes participating in continuous project training show strong levels of physical activity.2.The energy consumption of the special training of sports dance athletes is higher than the energy consumption of normal training.The energy consumption of male athletes is higher than that of female athletes.In different projects,the energy consumption of training between males is small,due to the different technical movements of Latin dancers.The training of athletes is slightly higher than that ofstandard dancers.3.The daily energy consumption of sports dancers is lower than that of high-level athletes,and the energy consumption of working days is generally higher than that of weekends.4.The total calorie intake and the three nutrient intakes of sports dance athletes are lower than the recommended values of nutrition intake of Chinese athletes,and the calorie distribution of the three meals is uneven and the nutrient intake is insufficient.5.The energy intake and energy consumption of sports dance athletes are in a negative balance.The energy consumption on the workday is higher than the energy consumption on the weekend,while the energy intake on the workday is lower than the nutritional intake on the weekend,and the negative balance on the working day.The negative balance is more serious than the rest day.In response to the above questions,the following suggestions are made:1.The energy consumption of sports dance athletes during training is lower than the energy consumption of special classes.It is recommended to increase the exercise intensity during training,increase training time,improve the quality of training,and achieve the effectiveness of training.2.Adjust the dietary structure of sports dancers.3.Develop good eating habits and arrange three meals reasonably. |
