| Since the reform and opening up of China’s economic strength to a new step,the development of the socialist market economic system is becoming more and more standardized,merger regulation also gradually perfect,our country enterprise mergers and external conditions have been improved,through mergers and acquisitions in order to expand the scale and enhance the performance of more and more enterprises choose.Environment,in the country to actively promote the development of cultural industries under the background of the media industry listed companies mergers and acquisitions will usher in a new historical opportunity,how to promote mergers and acquisitions activities and the smooth realization of corporate mergers and acquisitions goals,access to performance improvement is the cultural media enterprises Facing a major challenge.In recent years,China’s cultural industry mergers and acquisitions market is unusually hot,and the current domestic research on the media industry,especially the industry listed companies M&A events,motivation,performance research rarely,the performance evaluation of its M&A research is very few.This paper chooses the case study of Zhejiang Huace Film&Television Co.,Ltd.To acquire Shanghai Clayton Culture Media Co.,Ltd.This paper focuses on the analysis of the performance of the process of mergers and acquisitions of Clayton media.The paper uses the event research method,the accounting index method and the EVA economic value added method to analyze the short-term and medium-and long-term M&A performance of the enterprise,and obtain the performance of M&Analyze the results.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is that the M&A event has a significant effect on the short-term performance of listed companies in the media and media industry.However,if the efficiency of capital use is low and the integration effect is not good,the medium-and long-term performance of listed companies is not necessarily.There is a positive impact and even have a negative impact.On the basis of this,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the performance improvement of listed companies in the cultural media industry,such as the integration of assets after the acquisition,the full utilization of funds,etc.,and enhance the overall performance of listed companies in the media industry in the medium to long term. |
