At present,the development of fair and quality education is the common pursuit of the party,the state and the people.The fairness of classroom teaching is the embodiment and extension of the education fair at the micro level,and it is of great significance to the realization of educational fairness.Fairness in classroom teaching means that teachers respect each student in classroom teaching,do not discriminate against students,and on this basis,apply different teaching to different students,so that each student can maximize the original basis.development of.However,the unfairness of classroom teaching in primary school is still widespread.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the fairness of primary school English classroom teaching.In this study,the English class of Class B of Grade B of H City J Elementary School was selected as the case.All the teachers and students of the class were investigated.The classroom observation method and interview method were mainly used to allocate resources from classroom space on the basis of literature review and possession.The teacher's teaching behavior and the violation of the legitimate rights and interests of students are three dimensions to see the current fairness of J primary school English classroom teaching.According to the results of classroom observation and interviews,the author summarizes some problems in the fairness of primary school English classroom teaching,such as: fixed seat layout,unreasonable teacher position,unbalanced peer resources,single mechanical teaching method,biased teaching progress,teaching differences in feedback,student dignity are ignored and learning opportunities are denied.In response to these problems,the author conducts in-depth attribution analysis from three aspects: school environment,teacher personal factors and student cognition level,and then proposes the following optimization strategies: first,rational allocation of classroom space resources;second,improve teacher evaluation Mechanisms and training mechanisms;third,create a teacher's growth environment;fourth,to enhance teachers' teaching quality;fifth,practice "knowing the law in the heart,safeguarding rights in the line".
