On Space-time Art In Shi Tuo’s Novels

The works in Shi Tuo’s novels are permeated with unique space-time art.In this pap er,the author perceives the temporal perspective through the space analysis of the typical image system,which is focused on the earthbound space-time system in comparison with the urban space-time system,so as to realize the multidimensional examination of the eart hbound society and find out the difficult situation that the earthbound space and time in C hina is faced with.On the basis of exploring the space-time pattern of the novel and throu gh the textual space-time image and its transformation as well as the narrative art of the c onstruction and combination of space-time,the author further probes into the generation of the space-time pattern,accordingly examining the realistic consideration and transcend entality in Shi Tuo’s novels,thereby goes deep into the spiritual world of the writer,analy zing his double cultural identity and multi-layer tragic consciousness and revealing his co mplex and contradictory individual spiritual structure,and finally realizes the multi-direct ional examination of time and space art in his novels.
