| With the continuous promotion of English classroom reform,problems in traditional classroom teaching are increasingly prominent.In recent years,the main direction of scholars in the field of education has changed the classroom state of teachers in one-way teaching in the current classroom teaching,and formed a positive interaction between teachers and students by improving the enthusiasm of students to participate in classroom activities.We use information technology to analyze the interactive behaviors of teachers and students in the classroom,through the analysis of classroom teaching behavior,it is of great practical significance for teachers to reflect on practice,improve teacher’ s teaching ability,and thus improve teaching efficiency and teaching effect.The senior high school English classroom teaching interaction behavior is a complex dynamic process.The simple quantitative analysis will make the classroom teaching too structured and one-sided,and the single qualitative analysis will be less credible due to the observer’s own subjective factors.Therefore,this study uses a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.In this study,the improved Flanders interaction analysis system(IFIAS)will be used as the research tool and four award-winning video subjects in the 2018 National Senior High School English Teachers’ Basic Skills Competition will be selected as the research objects.The quantitative and qualitative analysis is conducted on the video of the four teachers.First of all,based on the IFIAS,the author makes some minor changes to some of the codes in combination with the characteristics of English subjects and then collect data on the related teaching behaviors of the four class videos.Secondly,the author uses the matrix diagram,ratio analysis method and dynamic curve analysis method to analyze the data of four videos separately,find out the characteristics of teacher-student interaction under different types of classes andcompare the four videos together so as to analyze the differences of teacher-student interaction in different class types.Finally,the problems existing in the current senior high school English classroom teacher-student interaction are analyzed and the corresponding suggestions are given.The research results show that: 1.The current senior high school English classroom’s teacher-student interaction has the following characteristics:(1)With the students as the main body,the teacher-led teaching mode has been gradually established.Teachers can fully respect the students and give students the right to speak,but the teacher’s speech behavior ratio in the classroom still dominates;(2)Instructors tend to direct style teaching in classroom teaching,and use lectures and questions to have a direct impact on students;(3)The types of questions asked by teachers are mostly closed-type questions,and students show a more positive state in participating in classroom questions and answers;(4)All four teachers can make full use of information technology to assist teaching.2.There is no significant difference in classroom teacher-student interaction under different types of classes.However,in terms of teacher speech behavior ratio,the teacher’s speech ratio of writing class and reading class are more than that of listening and speaking class and vocabulary class.The instructor is more inclined to use direct teaching method in writing class teaching.3.There are several problems in the current senior high school English classroom teacher-student interaction:(1)the difficulty of teachers’ problem setting is unbalanced;(2)students are lack of initiative to ask questions;(3)students’ cooperative learning space needs to be further deepened.Finally,in response to the above problems the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
