Research On Construction Of Competitive Intelligence System For ACG Enterprises

There are a large number of domestic animation and game companies.In the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,enterprises must obtain certain competitive advantages if they want to stand out from the competition.Therefore,the establishment of a corporate competitive intelligence system is imperative.This article investigates the current situation of the construction and operation of the competitive intelligence system in China's animation and game companies,including the basic information of the company,the establishment of a competitive intelligence system,and the establishment and operation of a competitive intelligence system.Through questionnaires and case studies,it is pointed out that the competitive intelligence system of China's animation and game companies has irrational department setup,incomplete competitive intelligence system,lack of competitive intelligence personnel,low intelligence information flow,inadequate analysis of employees' information needs,and lack of intelligence feedback.Mechanism and anti-competitive intelligence mechanism,has not been given enough attention by decision-makers and other issues.Combining with relevant theories and the characteristics of animation game enterprises,this paper proposes to build a model of competitive intelligence system based on Web mining with the characteristics of animation games.Finally,the system operation guarantee is put forward to optimize the constructed competitive intelligence system.
