Objective:Swing technique is one of the characteristics of waltz and plays an important role in waltz dance.The advantages and disadvantages of swinging technology will directly affect the artistic expression of the whole waltz dance.From the point of view of power chain,this paper studies the kinematics and kinetic Characteristics of Waltz"pendulum" technology,and can refine the motion correlation between the corresponding action links in the process of swinging action.This paper studies the Change Law of center of gravity in the process of three st.eps before the right turn of the waltz,and finds out the key factors that determine the change of center of gravity.This paper studies the spatiotemporal characteristics of swing technology and makes clear the correlation between swing technology and shoulder axis angle and shoulder axis inclination.This paper studies the relative relationship between the angle variation range of hip,knee and ankle joint in the process of pendulum and its joint torque,and through the analysis of the experimental data of the three st.eps before the waltz,the kinematics and kinetic motion Law of the pendulum technique and the defects in the action process are sorted out,and the action technology correction is carried out accurately and correctly.In order to carry out more targeted t.eaching,improve the quality of technical teaching.Research methods:9 Excellent dancers and 7 general dancers completed the first three steps of the waltz,using motion infrared high-speed capture system and kistler three-dimensional force measuring table to obtain the subjects'kinematics and dynamics data in the action synchronously.The T test was used for statistical analysis.Results of the study:The Good Dancer completes the waltz to turn right three steps longer,the step is larger;the center of gravity of the excellent dancer has a larger swing in each step,the center of gravity curve is similar to the swing trajectory of the pendulum;The general dancer has insufficient rotation of the shoulder axis,incorrect tilt posture of the shoulder shaft,and the angle curve of t.he shoulder axis of the excellent dancer;Excellent dancers the hip,knee and ankle activity of the lower extremities was significantly larger than that of the general dancers,and the movement characteristics of the ankle and knee joints of the elite dancers in the first stage were quite different from those of the general dancers,while the hip joint was not much different,and in the second to third stage,the knee and ankle of the excellent dancers were more obviousShowing better control of the hip joint;in stage IV,the excellent dancer has a larger angle of metatarsal flexor,which raises the center of gravity to a higher height.Conclusion:1,excellent dancers complete t.he waltz right turn wit.h a large stride,a long time,the shoulder axis rotation is fuller,the shoulder axis tilt naturally,the center of gravity trajectory is better.The movement of the joints of the lower extremities is larger,showing better flexibility,while the peripheral muscle groups show bet.ter control ability to the joint motion,the center of gravity control is better in the movement,the center of gravity trajectory is reasonable in the action process,and the muscle strength is coordinated.2,in the first stage of t.he process,t.he left lower extremity pedal extension is full,the same side of the shoulder axis relative to the horizontal corner of the larger.3,the right support foot in the second stage at the beginning of t.he joint knee angle is conducive to the side shoulder joint to the starting direction of the forward movement,in the second stage of the process of better cushioning,the overall center of gravity,the more stable,conducive to the third stage of the process step increase.4,in the third stage of the process of the right lower extremity pedal extension of the shoulder axis relative to the horizontal side of the lateral inclination of the larger.
