Since the broadcast of the large-scale food documentary "China on the Tip of the Tongue",this kind of food culture documentary around the theme of "Chinese people’s pursuit of food and good life" has been supported and loved by many viewers.What they have in common is to walk into the lives of ordinary people,record the characteristics of home-cooked food,and show the important influence of food culture with civilian and storytelling narrative techniques.Inspired by repeated explorations of relevant excellent food culture documentaries,the author decided to film a food and culture documentary "Pengcheng Taste" with the theme of hometown cuisine.In the process of creation,the author explores the development history,characteristics and significance of the food culture documentary,the civilianization and storytelling narrative of the food culture documentary,and the creation and application of the graduation work Pengcheng Taste,including the taste of Pengcheng.The introduction of works,creative ideas,popularization and story creation,cultural values and the innovation and discussion of "Pengcheng Taste".
