"Gaining fame and fortune" has always been the pursuit of people from the lowest class of citizens in ancient China.Related literary expressions such as storytelling,drama,and novels are emerging one after another.And emperor story is typical of the warrior arts mode.Through the identification of the emperor and the related literary works from the ancient times to the present,this paper selected typical works such as Pinghua of Five Generations History,White Rabbit,Heroes during Yuan and Ming Dynasty,The Flying-Dragon’s Biography,The Memoirist About the Figure of the Iron Crown,etc.To find the characteristics of the stylistic era and the cultural connotation of the social and political system,this paper combing the feature of the characters in the stories,and studying the narrative between different styles and the stereotype of the plot.The thesis is divided into four parts.The introduction part introduces the significance,status and method of the research.The first chapter defines the origin of"Gaining fame and fortune",determines the scope of the emperor and related key works,and discusses the change of the theme.The second chapter analyzes the causes and prevailing reasons of textual themes.The text-growth mode of the text-drama-fiction and the ever-changing class attributes of the different Dynasties have accelerated the development of the story,while producers and accepters also contributed to the production,adaptation,and evolution of the theme story.The third chapter focuses on the characteristics of the emperor’s image and the three-dimensional image of the military commander,the Taoist priest and the female The fourth chapter classifies the emperor’s success story mode and compares similar plots.The paper finds that the emperor’s story has typed patterns and stylized plots during the propagation process.At the same time,the variation of the plot also appeared between different styles. |
