The Transmission Mechanism Of Shennongjia Savage Legend From The Perspective Of Collective Memory

Savage legend is not only a science issue,but also a cultural issue.The legend is widespread in all parts of the world and has only been heard for thousands of years but is still active in people's oral memory.Especially in the forest area of Shennongjia in China,a series of eyewitness events made Savage Legend come back to the public field with the large-scale scientific investigation in the 1970 s.Importantly,with the help of people's attention to the Savage Legend,the tourist industry in Shennongjia developed rapidly and became a world-famous tourist attraction,which had a significant impact on the economic and cultural life of local people.However,all this is not by chance.Since the Savage Legend has become hot so far,it is based on collective memory and is the result of the joint efforts of the government,the media and various non-governmental parties,with its special communication mechanism.This article observes the transmission mechanism of Savage Legend of Shennongjia in the perspective of collective memory,and analyzes the motivation of this legend at home and abroad from the social psychological level.Literature analysis,comparative analysis and interview method will be used for the study of specific communication process.This article has a total of five chapters and introduction.Introduction includes the significance of the study,research review,research methods and so on.The first chapter is about the ontology research of Savage Legend.First of all,it explains the relationship between Shennongjia and savages,then discusses the collective memory about Savage Legend,and reveals the nature and spread of legends through the comparison with the types of transmission such as myth,history and rumor Features.From the legend itself to explore the reasons for its widespread,and lay the foundation for the follow-up study of savages and specific means of communication and process.The second chapter to the fourth chapter describes the different communication activities for different subjects.The second chapter is about the government's summon and reconstruction of collective memory of Savage Legend.It discusses the important role of government in the spread of Savage Legend from the aspects of scientific investigation,organization and dissemination,and tourism development.The third chapter is the media presentation and dissemination of the collective memory.This part mainly analyzes the mass media including the press,the video and the internet,and thinks that the mass media is the important power of the savage.The fourth chapter is about the construction of collective memory of Savage Legend by folk oral communication.It discusses in detail the characteristics and functions of oral communication,the level and scope of verbal spread of savages and the current spread of Savage Legend.And regarding the folk as basic strength.The fifth chapter is about the construction of communication mechanism for the above communication activities.The first is the construction of the relationship between the main bodies.It is believed that the government,media and folk have both cooperation and game and friction.Second,integrating the process of communication and dissemination,this helps to find Savage Legend in Shennongjia has formed a healthy mode of transmission.The communication effect is significant,but there are some shortcomings.Overheating,long-term shelving,and public inquiries about public programs and media are all issues that should be addressed in the future.Shennongjia Savage Legend is a successful example in the development of folk tourist resources.The intentional or unintentional use of collective memory by all forces contributed to the formation of such a mode of communication,which made the local economic development and cultural excavation a qualitative leap.Other regions can also be rooted in history and culture in their dissemination activities,searching for existing or lost collective memories,which is a kind of cultural consumption and also has rich practical significance.Of course,communication is not just a search for roots.It is especially important for local conditions.
