Research About Jing Yuexiu And Shanbei Region During The Early Period Of The Republic Of China

Shanbei region took a historic place because the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China rotted here during Chinese modern history.As a result,Yan'an is called ‘Holy Land',and Shanbei is also labled with ‘Revolution'.Compared with the thirteen years when the Party was here,the research about it in the early period of the Republic of China was not that much.What's more,Shanbei had a short development,social stability ? the economy development ? the improvement of the educational system and the transformation of social customs,becoming the most obvious characteristic in Shanbei social.When discussing about this,there is someone that must be mentioned--Jing Yuexiu.Studying the research about Jing Yuexiu and Shanbei Region during the Early Period of the Republic of China,not only can we rediscover this historical figure--Jing Yuexiu,but also having the very vital significance to the study of development and changes of Shanbei social in the early period of the Republic of China.The thesis is divided into four chapters to discuss the Jing Yuexiu and Shanbei Region during the Early Period of the Republic of China.The first chapter is the introduction of the full text,mainly discusses the fundamental state during the late qing dynasty and the early republic in Shanbei social?the historical background of Jing Yuexiu proceed northward.The second chapter is divided into four parts: politics,economy,education and social customs,discuss respectively the policies and decrees issued?the measures and rules adopt in various fields during his administration of Shanbei,including exterminating bandits?reearsing a folk group?protecting cirilians?building water conservancy projects?founding factories?introducing modern industry?energetically advocating schools and taking the lead to donate?banning on opium-smoking and the opium trade?putting a foot and so on and involving in all aspects of society.The third chapter echoes the second chapter,discussing the development and changes of society in all aspects of his administration in four aspects and studying his contribution to the development of modern society on the basis of social progress.The forth chapter is the conclusion part of this article,evaluating Jing Yuexiu on the basis of the measures and achievements taken during his administration.This paper doesn?t mean to reverse,less to say flattering.It aims to truly show the basic sitution of shanbei during the Early Period of the Repubic of China.And it also aims to show out the history of the early Republic of the Republic of China and the historical figur--Jing Yuexiu.As Marx said: "Everyone living in society is involved in the formation of history,but an outstanding figure representing the advanced class(including politician?ideologist?litterateur?artist and so on)or a reactionary figure representing the decadent class,having a greater impact on the development of history".Indeed,as a historical figure,he made some serious mistakes but that couldn?t deny his commitment to shanbei and its people.Therefore,it is necessary to objectively and fairly and fairly evaluate the vicissitudes of modern society in Shanbei.
