Research On Improvisation Based On Quality Training Of Actors

Drama,as an ancient art category,has been showing a diversified trend in its performance style,creation methods and means of expression in the past one hundred years.Meanwhile,actor training methods are also emerging in an endless stream.However,it is not difficult to find a common method of actor training,"improvisation".Improvisation,as a way of actor training,is widely circulated in all over the world.Many drama genres have elements of it.Whether it is the Yale University in the United States or the Taiwan region,the impromptu courses is too numerous to enumerate.Improvisation is not only one of the skills that the actors need to master,but also a training method for the internal and external qualities of the actors.It can help actors shape characters,find roles' intrinsic motivation,organize action lines.Moreover,it can liberate actors from the solidfied rehearsal pattern and create role by their own subjective consciousness.In improvisation,actors can actively promote the development of plots and roles,and fully mobilize their factors such as body,voice,emotion,imagination and intuition in the process of creation.This process is a rehearsal and an all-round development of the actors' quality as well.Finally,we use the corresponding improvisation techniques and see the fixed situation as the soil,creating the "improvisation works" through the reorganization,experiment and development of the two degree creators.The paper will start with the history,specific methods and steps,then decomposing the impromptu creation method,extracting the link of cultivating the quality of the actor's creation.Whereafter,combining various representative schools and improvisation works,I will relate the improvisation to the actors' creative quality and conclude the way to improvise the overall quality of actors by improvisation and training.At last,the paper will make a limited analysis of improvisation.Combining my tutor's impromptu creative ideas and my personal practice,the purpose of this paper is to sort out the ways to cultivate the creative qualities of the actors.And finally I hope to provide a reference path for the creation of drama and the cultivation of the actors.
