With the spread of Chinese hot in the world,more and more foreigners learn Chinese,and the test of TCSL is becoming more and more severe.Vocabulary is a mirror to reflect all aspects of society,and new words are the most acute,active and most responsive part of the social development and change in the vocabulary system.In order to enable foreigners to understand the contemporary China better,it is necessary to strengthen the teaching of new words.In the preface,the research on the noumenon of new words and the research of Chinese new words in the field of TCSL are reviewed.It is found that previous researches on Chinese neologisms are thorough,but the research on the combination of new words and TCSL is relatively inadequate.In this paper,2016 new words of the year as an example,in the new word ontology on the basis of theoretical research,put forward some own views on the importance of new words in TCSL,and through the way of questionnaire research and analysis of the present stage of Chinese new words teaching problems,aiming at these problems and puts forward some suggestions.I hope to provide some help to the foreign language teaching of new words.
