After the death of Buddha, his education,as an inclusive and adaptable culture,in the process of outward propagation,Buddhism has changed obviously in different time and space, then what is the original thoughts and how to recover the Buddha's ideal are particularly important. The Chinese translation of Samyuktagama is owned by sarvastivadin. It is considered to be the earliest recording of the Buddha and his disciples' teachings from the north pass the Mahayana Buddhism. The Samyuktagama was seemed as the mother of the Dharma, and the other three agamas were derived from it,and its status is very prominent. From this we can see the ideological records of the Buddha when he was alive.Starting from the Chinese translation of the text of Samyuktagama, the basic content of the Karma is cleared, and it is linked to the “Chain of Causation” and “no-soul” of Buddhism to make it clearer about the Karma in Samyuktagama.Starting from “Chain of Causation” and “no-soul” not only deepened the understanding of the Karma, but also made a deeper understanding of “Chain of Causation” and “no-soul” than in previous studies. The theory of Karma was not as usual as the “Chain of Causation” and “no-soul” and other thoughts appear frequently in Buddhist doctrines, but each thought, after linking up with Karma, can be understood better.
