Preliminary Study On The Social Conditions In Liangcheng Country During The Late Qing Dynasty And The Republic Of China

The Liangcheng County during the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China was a small and poor county in Inner Mongolia.From the establishment of the hall in the Qing dynasty to the change of county,and change the affiliation in later,the social conditions in Liangcheng County also experienced varying degrees of change.This article through the preliminary study of Liangcheng County's economy,education,and religion,to demonstrate the history of the Liangcheng County society during the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China.The article is divided into three parts.The first part discusses the economic conditions of Liangcheng County,and gives an account of the development of agriculture,handicraft,and commerce in Liangcheng County,as well as the reasons for the rise and fall of the industry andcommerce,as well as agricultural land reclamation and immigrant plantation.The second part discusses the education situation in Liangcheng County,including the phased development of the school and the source of tuition fees.It mainly describes the development of primary schools in various years in Liangcheng County and the conditions of the universities at home and abroad.The development of education can also be seen the overall social development of the Liangcheng county.The third part describes the religious conditions in Liangcheng County.Lamaism,Christianity,and Islam all have their respective development contexts.Emerging in a certain social and historical context,they also involve a number of lesson plans and conflicts of interest by religion.The religion in Liangcheng County has not only brought positive contributions to the local society,but also violated the interests of local people.Although Liangcheng County is only an ordinary small county,it is part of the Inner Mongolia region.Many historical changes occurred in the social context of Inner Mongolia at the time.Based on various literature materials,this article absorbs relevant research results,narrates and analyzes the difficulties and achievements of social development in Liangcheng County during the late Qing and the Republic of China,and shows the conditions of social development at that time.
