The movie is one of the greatest and most influential inventions in the twentieth century.It has played a very important role in human social activity since it was born.Movie posters as the film's "business card",are carrying the development and changes of the movie,also characterized by the times.An excellent movie poster is a highly condensed product of a movie that can not only enhance the artistic quality of a movie,but also sometimes become a collectible art object.At the end of 2001,when China officially joined the WTO,Chinese films broke the previous stagnation state.Along with the rise of the consumer culture,it entered a period of rapid development and the movie industry gradually took the road of commercialization.In addition,movie posters,as an important part of the commercialization of movies,are increasingly valued by film producers and movie viewers.At the same time,the tendency of pan-entertainment and commercialization has also brought film posters such as plagiarism,over-pursuing commercial value,resulting in lack of aesthetic value,and is also a major problem facing Chinese film posters.Taking the movie posters from 2002 to 2017 as the main objects of analysis,the article collected a large amount of literature related to film posters,and combined the theories of broadcasting theory and visual arts to analyze the evolution of Chinese movie posters.Through the analysis of various types of movie posters,the changes in the Chinese movie posters after joining the World Trade Organization have been pointed out,and the problems existing in the Chinese movie posters at this stage have been pointed out,with a view to providing some enlightening significance to current Chinese filmmakers and poster practitioners.The article believes that the changes in the film industry mechanism,the phenomenon of "pan-entertainment" and the development of new technologies have brought a new revolution to the design and development of movie posters.Faced with the increasingly intense commercial atmosphere of the film industry,the business of film posters has been improved and gradually changed the traditional forms of expression,which in turn led to a new system that meets the preferences of the audience and the times in which they are represented.Changes in functions,improvements in overall production levels,etc.In the context of pan-entertainment,movie posters need continuous improvement,so that works with positive artistic and social significance can continue to emerge.They will leap to new heights and shine on the international stage.This article deeply ponders the current changes in the Chinese movie poster industry and explores its value.On the basis of correctly understanding the positive changes of Chinese movie posters,it analyzes rationally the imbalances and defects of its development.
