Leng Jun and Guo Runwen are leading figures in contemporary Chinese figurative realistic painting schools.Although they all use figurative and realistic techniques as a means of painting creation,the cultural reserves,tastes,styles,feelings,and artistic accomplishments conveyed by the work are all awkward.of.Judging from the artistic style,the most profound impression of Leng Jun's oil paintings is extreme realisticness.The visual reality that has never been seen out of the picture has exceeded the effect of photos and is highly visually stunning and attractive.In Guo Runwen's works,the images are full of the mysterious style of Guo's style.Symbols,metaphors,and misplaced time and nostalgic atmosphere constitute an important part of Guo Runwen's creative techniques and content.From the connotation of the work,the work reveals two artists' views of different world views,outlooks on life,understanding of life,and reflections on life.This thesis mainly uses figurative realistic painting language as an entry point,and analyzes and compares the different cultural backgrounds and life experiences of Leng Jun and Guo Runwen.The painting language is composed of three aspects:painting techniques and materials,picture expression and emotional expression.From the aspects of painting techniques and materials,we sum up the differences in the characteristics and artistic techniques of the Leng Jun's “Excessive Painting” and Guo Runwen's “Transparent Mask Dyeing Technique”.From the aspect of screen expression,the four aspects of composition,style,color,and composition are analyzed.From the aspect of emotional metaphor layer,through the two painters' own life experiences,they trace their choice motives and emotional sources of their creative content,thereby gaining a deeper understanding of the artist's ideological level...
