Analysis Study Of Psychological Counselor’s Intentions And Consultation Technologies

Psychological counselor’s intention is one of the important influencing factors of psychological counseling effect.In the process of psychological counseling,the clear link between the intent of the logic structure of the counselor and the counseling technique and the appropriate use of counselling techniques can make the whole consultation rhythm smoother and the consultation effect more effective.The purpose of helping others to help themselves is achieved.This study aims to establish a library of general intentions and consulting techniques for the use of the mature psychological counselor through consensus-based research methods.The study selected 40 cases of middle school students from a mature psychological counsellor,Among them,30 cases were initial consultations,11 cases were non-initial consultations,and two consultation records were collected before and after one case.Firstly,after the group discussion and the interview with the consultant,seven subjects of the consultant’s intention were obtained based on the four process of the consultation.Secondly,we started to conduct a qualitative analysis of the contents of the consultation text,22 consultant intention category codes were obtained.By comparing the differences of intention categories used by consultants when facing different types of visitors,19 common intention categories were obtained.Thirdly,we encoded and counted the types of counseling skills which consultant used in 41 consulting cases.Finally,by using consultant’s intentional categories as a unit,the consultant’s technical consulting library under the generic intent category is established by comparing and analyzing the differences in the consulting techniques used by consultants in dealing with different types of visitors.Based on the above research process,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In the face of psychological counseling for middle school students,the mature psychological counselor has a set of seven intent themes that are internalized and with logically structure.2.Mature consultant has a more comprehensive category of intent under eachintent theme,but in the face of different types of visitors,there will be some changes in categories under the mature consultant intent topics.3.In the face of visitors who are middle school students with different types of questions,mature psychological counselor flexibly use consulting techniques based on differences in intentions,and in the specific consultation cases,a total of 16 consulting techniques are used and divided into generic technologies,typical technologies,partial technologies.4.It is that The establishment of a mature psychological counselor’s intent subject,intent category,and consulting technology database which is framed by seven in-order intentional themes,in united of 19 general purpose categories of the secondary school students,taking 16 consultations technologies an element.
