Imagery is an artistic image that is created through the unique emotional activities of the creative subject.Representation refers to a kind of thinking representation of objects or events that do not exist at present,which is characterized by vivid images.The "imagery" representation is a kind of representation activity method of concrete image,and it is a rational and perceptual fusion guidance to introduce various perceptual experiences to stimulate the nervous system to complete the reconstruction of kinesthetic sensation in the process of technology idea transfer.It is especially suitable for the teaching and training in emphasizing the physical and artistic projects.As the most popular dance in the Latin dance of sports dance,cha-cha is often the first choice for children's Latin dance.The cha-cha with its cheerful and distinct dance style to the practitioners to make more demands.Beginners,especially children,are generally unable to accurately complete the coordination of body shape,movement force and movement rhythm.The "imagery" representation can effectively break the old mindset of sensation in the teaching process of children's dance,establish the guidance of the correct technical sensation,and is in line with the characteristics of children's physical and psychological development.Therefore,exploring the "imagery" representation method has positive application value in the study of children's right dance teaching practice.The literature data method,training experiment method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,and mathematical statistics method are used for research.Screening is in accordance with the characteristics of the cha-cha project.It has a typical representative image classification and sorting,and combines specific technical movements to carry out related analysis of sports training,biomechanics,psychology and aesthetics.On the basis of theoretical exploration,32 children from two parallel classes at Long Yue Dance Studio were selected to conduct teaching experiments.In conjunction with the set of actions for the prescribed bronze medals of cha-cha,the application features and teaching effects of “imagery” representation were further analyzed.This study is a novel and effective method of teaching training combined with the characteristics of the project.It provides new ideas and perspectives for children's skills training and provides a certain reference for sports dance teaching and training of sports art projects.The main findings are as follows:1.The experimental class children watch action videos or pictures,classroom teachers through the front part of the demonstration,the shape of the action of "Imagery" image guidance,children have knowledge and understanding of the preliminary plan in the course of action;targeted on action techniques in-depth "Imagery" image guidance,let the children from the "image" to change the appearance of physical exercise,so as to strengthen the movements;and reflection after class and summarize the whole teaching training process can effectively improve the children's understanding and grasp on the dance movements.2.The typical imagery applied in children's dance teaching training include static imagery,dynamic imagery,spatial imagery and time imagery.Among them,dynamic imagery includes action imagery,momentum imagery,etc.The main imagery of time imagery is rhythm imagery.The four characteristics of "imagery" in the application are the vividness of the language,the clarity of the movement,the overall ambiguity of the transmission,and the breakthrough creativity of the thinking.3."The training image" just dance bronze representation in the technical action should follow the integrity and the principle of stimulating training;children should follow the representation and practice alternate training principles;teaching and training methods should follow the short-term centralized training principle and long repetitive training principle.4.The use of "imagery" representation can improve the clarity of children's representational content,and help students to master the correct form of movement,movement trajectory,fine coordination,movement rhythm,dance style,etc.,and effectively improve the enthusiasm and efficiency of children's learning.
