Research On Benjamin's Thought Of Artistic Practice

This thesis is based on the basic idea of historical materialism,and under an organic unified perspective between history and reality,it expounds Benjamin's thought of artistic practice,which reflects the dialectical relationship between art,technology and human existence.Benjamin thought the development of technology promotes the change of artistic practice,and changes in the form of artistic practice reflect human existence.The process of artistic practice changed from mechanical copy to inclusive is also a continuous process of human existence changed from self-alienation to free.This thesis can be divided into three parts.The introductory part set forth the topic selection basis of this paper from two perspective which contains historical background,overseas and domestic research status.The purpose of this thesis is to explain the change of artistic practice can help people realize the free existence by explaining the relationship between Benjamin's artistic practice and human existence.The first chapter uses Benjamin's concept of "aura" to point out that the emergence of mechanical copying technology has caused the "aura",which is the originality of artwork,to fade away.The artwork has been transformed from the object of worship to the object of consumption.The artwork widely spread in the public,which can promote the continuous development of artistic practice.The second chapter discusses the change of artistic practice in the era of mechanical reproduction.It presents the changing process of artistic practice from mechanical copying to compatible integration,from the perspective of the tendency and mode of artistic practice.The third chapter first expounds that the artistic practice derived from the reality of production practice and life practice,then further summarizes the historical trend of artistic practice's occurrence mechanism.By all this,it reveals that the nature of artistic practice is to overcome the alienation of human beings and then realize the free and comprehensive development of human beings.This thesis combedthe logical structure and main idea of Benjamin's thought of artistic practice,which not only indicates the main purpose of Benjamin's thought of artistic practice,but also points out the practical significance of carrying out the research on Western Marxist Benjamin's thought of artistic practice.
