A Study On The Correlation Between Cognitive Style And Self-efficacy Of Psychological Help Worker

The establishment and growth of social psychological health teams has become the most popular topic nowadays.Because social and economic development in the transition period caused social contradictions and social problems,many people need the help of professional psychological help to spend the time smoothly.How to help the social people look at mental health problems and solve these problems requires professional psychological help workers,and it is very important to rely on professional psychological help workers' service to help the social people exclude the difficulty and anxiety.But so far,the number of psychological help workers is far below the number of people who have appeared or have mental health problems,so the quality and efficiency of these psychological help workers who are currently working on psychological assistance are more important.The quality and efficiency of service are closely related to the cognitive style and general self-efficacy besides the ability of the psychological help workers,different cognitive styles will affect the choice of behavior,and different general self-efficacy will affect the effect of service psychological health problems.The author explores the relationship between the psychological help worker's cognitive style and the general self-efficacy,and can draw the level of the psychological help worker in two aspects,so as to infer the professional level of the psychological help worker's service.In this study,a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods were used to collect data from the basic information questionnaire,the Group Embedded Figure Test,the general self-efficacy scale and interview method,and the following conclusions were drawn: ?The psychological help workers' cognitive style belongs to the general field independence.There is no significant difference between the four variables of gender,age,household type and monthly income and cognitive style.There are significant differences between the three variables,namely,whether only one-child,education level and occupation and cognitive style.?The psychological help workers' general self-efficacy belongs to higher self-confidence.There is no significant difference between the seven variables of sex,age,household type,whether only one-child,education level,monthly income,occupation and general self-efficacy.?There is a significant correlation between the two variables of the GEFT scores and general self-efficacy scores.The psychological help workers with different general self-efficacy have different cognitive styles,and similarly the psychological help workers with different cognitive styles have differences in general self-efficacy.There is a causal relationship between cognitive style and general self-efficacy.Cognitive style as an independent variable has a certain impact on general self-efficacy.
