The Research On The "Zhousong-ZaiJian" Of The Book Of Songs

Zai Jian of Zhou Song is a poetry about deacon,which is about the feudal princes to participate in the sacrificial ceremony of the Zhou Wang's temple.This paper makes an analysis of the research of the time,the theme,the words and the comments of the poetry through the sorting of historical documents.For the time of creation,the prevailing opinions of the whole dynasties have been thought to be the era of ChengWang.In modern times,many scholars believed that it was created in the era of MuWang.About the era of ChengWang,there are many different points of view:the time of ZhouGong as a regent after which giving back the power to ChengWang,the beginning of ChengWang's administration,the time before administration,the time ChengWang was exempt from mourning,and the feudal princes started to pay religious homage to him.After the comprehensive analysis of the viewpoints of the scholars,the author uses the method of historiography to make a preliminary determination that this poetry was written in the fourth year of ChengWang,that is the time ChengWang was exempt from mourning,and started managing government affairs,and the feudal princes started to pay religious homage to him.About the theme,the biggest argument of all ages is "the first appearance" in the sentence " the feudal princes' first appearance at the temple of WuWang" is yes or no.The author uses the method of Confucian classics studies and contacts the creation time of the poetry,then makes textual criticisms and explanations of the word "zai",concludes the theme of this poetry is: "ChengWang started managing government affairs,the feudal princes' first meeting with ChengWang,and participating in the sacrificial ceremony of the WuWang's temple ".There are three sentences that are worth summarizing in this poetry:LongQiYangYang ? HeLingYangYang ?
