The Study Of The Scholars’s Travel In The Northern Song Dynasty

Travel has a long history,in the northern song dynasty,there were fiurther development in the number of people and geographical areas,and had a great social impact on both then and later generations.In previous studies,the researchers looked at three aspects:take time as the clue,according to Chinese ancient dynasties order,from the xia dynasty to the Ming dynasty,discuss people’s travel activities,the analysis is little general;there are also studies on song dynasty travel,but the time is much more southern song;there is also a certain aspect of the individual or travel activity of an itinerant,analyze their activities in depth.However,there is still a lack of research on the travelling activities of the scholars in the northern song dynasty.This article centers on the traveling activities of the northern song scholars,discuss the influence of their activities,mentality,ideas,literary works and activities.The article is divided into three parts.The first part deals with the general situation of the northern song dynasty,the development of the traveling activities of the scholars from the pre-qin dynasty to the sui and tang dynasties,to explore the social background of the scholars’ travel activities,divide their activities,it is believed that their activities are influenced by Confucianism,Buddhist,and Taoism,and they like to record what they see and hear along the way,during the journey,they remained anxious,homesick,sad and optimistic,reverence for the spirits and the thoughts of the people.The second part elaborates on the literary works of the northern song dynasty,they recorded their activities,experiences,information,characterized by reason and speculation and folkloric,the articles has three aspects of research value:it reflects the change of literary creation in content and style,and it provides evidence for historical research,cultural cognition and so on.The third part analyzes the influence of the traveling of the northern song dynasty,the traveling activities of the scholars have the effect of improving their knowledge and cultivating moral character,promote local political,economic and cultural development during the journey,it is also believed that the cultural resources and tourism concepts inherited from the traveling activities of the northern song dynasty have had a positive impact on our tourism.
