The title of this thesis is “Error Analysis on learning Chinese language tone by Indonesian student”.The aims of this research are to find out the error and the error pronunciations factors that happen in Indonesian students.The paper based on writer experience in Nanchang University,Jiangxi province,China.Writer has found some errors in pronouncing Chinese language tone by Indonesian student who study in Jiangxi Nanchang University China.The pronunciation problems occurs when they were doing some conversations.As an Indonesian student,writer thinks need to make an analysis about this error and hopes it will become a solution for some errors that appear in Indonesian Students.This research based on error pronunciation on Chinese language's tones by Indonesian Students.Study Chinese language is not something easy to learn for Indonesian students.if we compared with Bahasa(Indonesian Language),Chinese language is one of language in the world that have a tone that can influence the meaning of the word which is doesn't exist in Bahasa.Tone in Chinese language is very important.The data sources of this research is from Indonesian student who have been studying in Nanchang University,Jiangxi Province,China.The data in this research analysed by using Praat Software.The result shows that there are some form errors in pronouncing the Chinese language tone.Some errors those appear when pronouncing single tone is fewer than when pronouncing one word with double tone.Some causal factors of these errors came from some condition,such as influence from the mother language of the students,culture,social environment,etc.
