Haiku is the shortest poem in Japan.It is a unique form of literature and art in Japan.It occupies an important position in the history of Japanese literature.The haiku consists of a total of seventeen sounds of 5-7-5.It comes from two forms of poetry in Japan: Lian Ge and haiku.In haiku,poets use beautiful and simple language to depict the natural landscape and express the deep feelings of the poet.The style of haiku is fixed,the material is elegant,the language is refined,the artistic conception is profound,and a lot of outstanding haiku works are recite,long lasting,and even the haiku stone tablet is made in the scenic spot.As a precious literary treasure of Japan,haiku is still shining brightly.In the practice of haiku translation,the author,guided by Nida's theory of "dynamic equivalence",uses the translation strategy of alienation to make the following exploration and attempt on the translation of Haiku: two practical translation methods are adopted in haiku,and the translation of haiku language elements from the two party of rhyme and rhetoric.The translation of the cultural elements of haiku is studied from two aspects of natural landscape and custom.The translation forms of haiku are deeply thought and translated with three forms of prose poetry,five words and seven words and 5-7-5.Through the practice of haiku translation,I have a deeper understanding of haiku.The haiku,though only 17 short tones,is full of the good yearning of the haiku,the feeling of the world,the expression of life and so on.It also has a new understanding of haiku's translation methods and translation forms.Translation of haiku is a test of translator's translation level,language proficiency and creative ability.Through this translation practice,the author has accumulated a lot of translation experience and improved his own cultural attainments.It is hoped that this translation practice can provide a useful reference for future haiku translation.
