The development of mobile Internet applications and the flourishing of big data are creating a new type of personal information,personal geographic information.The advent of personal geographic information is the inevitable product of the era of information explosion,especially in the case of increasing popularity of mobile Internet,personal geographic information began to show its own unique properties.Personal geographic information can not simply regarded as the concept extension of personal information,nor the connotation of personal location information.From a certain perspective,the personal geographic information is accompanied by the development of mobile Internet,rely on the continuous application of space technology and the penetration of daily life to the public on the state of the user space generated by information records.The formation and development of personal geographic information also pave the way for further commercial use.This paper attempts to explore the formation and development of personal geographic information through literature research,case analysis and tracking survey method,and to analyze the basic ways of commercial utilization of personal geographic information.At the same time,it illustrates its existing problems and tries to put forward feasible Suggestions to find a balance point in the commercial use and protection of personal geographic information,paving the way for its further commercialization.This paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is the research overview,summarizes the concept of personal geographic information and its research,and summarizes the research on the utilization of personal geographic information;The second chapter is motivation analysis,this part analyzes the formation and development of personal geographic information from the perspective of information development,and analyzes the social and economic background on commercial utilization of personal geographic information;The third chapter is technical analysis,from the personal location tracking,positioning and geographic information acquisition,transmission,two aspects,illustrating the basis of technical structure which personal geographic information to be able to use widely;The fourth chapter is an analysis of commercial utilization,dividing the different commercial utilization way of personal geographic information,mainly for advertising services,mobile application service and three big data service,and through the case interpretation way to analyze the characteristics of the different ways of using research;The fifth chapter is the analysis of problems,analyzing and concluding the possible problems form the steps of acquiring,processing,storing and transferring of personal geographic information,considering the characteristics of the mobile Internet,will also take the illegal attacks and trading into the field of investigation;The sixth chapter is the analysis of Conflict and adjustment,it is recognized that the commercialization of personal geographic information uses an overwhelming trend and adapts to the conflicts that may arise in the trend.Try to delineate the balance between commercial use and protection of personal geographic information.
