The Study On Literature And Vocabulary Of Wuzazu

Literature research is the foundation of the study of language and literature research.Vocabulary is also an indispensable part of the Chinese language system.As one of the important note nolves in the Ming dynasty,Wuzazu has unique value in both literature research and vocabulary research.The issue of ancient editions is one of the focuses of literature research work.We compared and collated Wuzazu’s two original edition: the Ruweiguan edition and Ming edition,and finded that there exist differences in version style and inscribe font.This reflects difference in inscribe agency and times between the two original editions.After further analysis of the difference between the two versions,it was generally clear that the time of publication of the Ming edition was earlier than the Ruweiguan edition.The literature feature of the Wuzazu is that it has a large number of citations and exegesis contents.The content quoted in the book is not only consistent with the original text,but also has differences.This difference is the result of the dual effects of objective factors and subjective intentions in the process of writing citations.The book uses a variety of means such as direct interpretation,according to ancient explanation,identify interchangeable characters and explore the etymology to carry out gloss work for language phenomenons such as the ancient book’s words and folkloric dialects.The vocabulary of Wuzazu has a wide range of sources which from ancient books,religious faith,secular life or Qu,Ci and novels.There are a certain number of inverse morphemes words and variant words in the book,most of which carried on previous generation.After analyzing them from the two perspectives of word formation and word formation,we found that the primary form of inverse morphemes words is that combined which have the same structure and meaning.The cause of variant words mainly with the development of morpheme’s morphology,sound and acceptation.Inverse morphemes words and variant words in the Wuzazu(common in the Ming dynasty)was frequently-used as well as not existed in contemporary Chinese.This showed chinese vocabulary is in constant development and change.The diachronic examination of characteristic words also proves this point.
