Lao She and Wang Shuo are both writers of Beijing,their thick Beijing flavor is praised by others.Today,we study these two writers,not only to reexplore the artistic features of the texts of the two novels,but also on the basis of comparative methods,to further investigate the similarities and differences between the two texts,and to see the historical context and the significance of the history of literature.The introduction part introduces the current academic circles' research exposition on the Beijing-flavor novels,and the relationship between Lao she and Wang Shuo.Then summarizes that the current research taking the Beijing-flavor novels as the research clue on the whole,establishing connections between the two.Based on this basic context,the author tries to find some new textual connections and differences between the two by analyzing the writing context of the two and systematically combing the similarities and differences between the two.The first chapter analyzes the writing context of Lao She and Wang Shuo's novels,and discusses from three dimensions,the citizens' consciousness above the capital,the citizens' life in the capital and the cultural implication behind the capital.Then we have made a clear development line of the Beijing-flavor novel,and further compacted the comparability of the two.The second chapter,from the level of urban experience,makes a discussion on the similarities and differences of the two novels,which are analyzed concretely from three dimensions,such as the purity and generalization of the Beijing city,the inheritance and the new changes of the character,the criticism and display of the Beijing culture.The third chapter,from the level of aesthetic taste,discusses the similarities and differences of the two novels' creation,and then analyzes from three dimensions,the different use of Beijing style humor,the inheritance and change of language,the different directions of emotional color.The fourth chapter first analyzes the causes of the two creative styles,and then discusses three aspects from city life experience,times background and reading experience.Then summarizes the significance of the two novels' creation and respectively interpret the several aspects of the value of the Beijing-flavor novel itself,the rich character types,the different life experience,and the enlightenment of life.The conclusion generally summarizes the above chapters and confirms the charm of their own novels and their significance to the history of literature.At the same time,it is hoped that this article can add a little value to the future research of Chinese modern and contemporary literature.
