There are manly famous composers in baroque times,and Handel is a representative.His genres of music creation are multiple,including oratorio,opera,and orchestral works and so on.After inheriting the writing style of Italian opera seria,he performed opera creation by also combining with music style of other countries and his own writing techniques.And Handel made an irreplaceable contribution to the development of opera in baroque times.Julius Caesar is a classical opera works created by Handel in the end of baroque times.And there are a lot of aria tracks created by coloratura in it.These tracks not only displays the skilled writing techniques and special writing thinking of Handel,but they are also very representative.They are widely sung in current vocal music field.The paper will take the soprano in the play--the aria of Cleopatra as the main station to study in terms of musical form analysis,tonal analysis and singing-analysis to experience Handel's writing technique in the process of figure mould.Additionally,the paper will make a tease and simple analysis of other art forms in the opera.The paper is divided into 4chapters: The first chapter mainly performs simple tease of creation background,the writer's lifetime and music introduction,figures background and music background for the opera Julius Caesar;The second chapter analyzes the music ontology of the opera from the Cleopatra aria selections in terms of six different stories and different singing styles respectively;The third chapter analyzes the singing features of opera selections to further deepen the understanding of figure mould in the play;The fourth chapter further analyzes his influence on the figure mould of the entire opera through other artistic forms such as the castrato role,mezzo-soprano cross gender role,stage performance.Through annotation of different roles and different artistic forms in Julius Caesar,we can unscramble the opera characteristics of Handel in the late baroque times and early classicism.
