The Inside Poetry Of Marie Laurencin's Paintings And My Thoughts Of Oil Paintings In Creation

Marie Laurencin(French,1885–1956)is an artist in Frence.I was attracted deeply by the simple characteristics,which existed in colour,form and brushwork,When I first saw her compositions from a book.The lightness of her works was so brief and simple that seemed distinctive compared with other artists'.Since then I awared that paintings could be performed like that way,which gived up many of details to achieve drawing of harmony.therefore,I wanted to seek for the distinctive characters of the paintins inside,and the characters is the “poetry” which I feeled from her arts.“Poetry inside”means complicated experiences for artist herself to finish such art paintings,in the other side,it is composed by the edge line,simple and elegant colours,and the abstract images to achieve the art feelings.In the first chapter,I have showed the experiences of the artist,we could see that she was lonely,hard and diligent all her life.It was the internal cause which formed the typicality of her arts.And in the second chapter,I will illustrate the paintings' formation to show the exterior characteristics of it.I tend to express the subjective images throughout art making.The creative images is not exactly the real objects,and also the skills of painting,but the feelings and comprehension to the objects of myself.The meaning of poetry in art,in my mind,is nothing but the expression of objects which from the interior esthetic feelings of human being and to express something by art making.And It is beautiful,harmonious,subjective,imaginary,and bring us enjoyment of ethetics to achieve styles of paintings which could arouse our sympathy.Because of the preference of this artist,I want to know her experences and art works in depth.In the way of analyzing of the experences and paintings to show the formation of her art styles,thus to conclude the attractive part to me,and which inspiring me in my painting creation.
