The Victorian era was regarded as the height of the British industrial revolution and the British empire,and was hailed as prosperity peace.In general,the Victorian era is an era of great change,many political act continue to improve,rapid industrialization and urbanization in terms of economic development,cultural science invention fast rending,spiritual form look up in the atmosphere.However,in this period,the status of women is less influenced by traditional ideas and dichotomy.The number of women in labour occupies a large proportion in the social structure,and their marital condition and family status are the epitomies of the lower female life.Victorian female laborers can be divided into three levels,followed by female laborers in the upper strata,female laborers in the lower strata,and rural female laborers.Because of the difference in their own work and environment,they have different attitudes in terms of marriage and childbirth,and the marriage life and family status are different.But overall,during this period,most women workers will choose to get married.There is very little divorce.When their marriage encounters problems,they tend to bear or naturally separate.Their status of the family is generally low,but with the reform of various systems,the improvement of laws,the popularization of education,the increase of job opportunities,and the increase of income,the self-awareness of women workers has gradually increased?Their contributions to society and family are also increasing,which get more and more people's approval.In the Victorian period,although the family status of female laborers was relatively low,the improvement of their status was a gradual process.The subsequent awakening and advancement of women was inseparable from the efforts of this period.In the process of moderm family development and transformation,they contributed to their families and society with their own efforts.
